Lucy is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and is the founder and owner of  ‘Lucy Cribb Fitness’ - a ladies only gym run at Lucy’s home in Northbourne, Bournemouth.

Programmes include cardio training, weight & resistance training and information on diet and nutrition.

Lucy Cribb Fitness recognises that everyone is an individual who requires a tailored personal training programme to achieve your goals. Training with Lucy means you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, allowing you to focus on one thing - your results and meeting your targets.

It is a passion of mine helping motivate people to change their lifestyle, and from that I take joy in seeing people get healthier and happier.”

An initial consultation and physical analysis are carried out to create an exercise regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. 

​

The programmes are designed to be progressive and challenging. They are tailored to include various fundamental philosophies, such as the number of sets and repetitions, tempos, rest periods, and loads used within a combination of big compound movements and strength training.

Lucy is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist , specialising in maintenance massage, pre-event massage, inter and intra-event massage and post event massage. Lucy is able to treat dysfunctional tissue to reduce the likelihood of injury  occurrence. This includes breaking down adhesions and scar tissue which build up over time causing tension. Lucy can relieve muscular pain, increase blood flow, raise muscle temperature and increase lymph flow and the removal of toxins from the muscles. As well as this, Lucy also helps clients with their physiological and psychological preparation for races and events. Benefits of Sports Massage include:

Lucy has her own massage room but can also offer home and work visits, plus visits to races and events.

Prices for Personal Training

One hour, 1 to 1 personal training session, £30 

6 block session, £162 or 12 block session, £288

​

45 minute, 1 to 1 personal training session, £24

6 block session, £130 or 12 block session, £230

​

Block bookings include a discount rate

Payments are made via bank transfer or cash.

​

A minimum of 24 hours cancellation is kindly required.

​

One to one sessions are available Monday to Sunday, please call or message to discuss further.

 30 minute session £22 (follow up appointments only)
